Manual curation: Every listing on our site is manually reviewed by our editorial team. We only include properties that genuinely qualify as family compounds - two or more separate, functional dwellings on a single parcel. No generic single-family homes mislabeled as compounds.
Featured listings: Properties marked "Featured" have been selected for exceptional quality, uniqueness, or market significance. Featured status is not purchased - it reflects our editorial judgment.
Listing accuracy: Property information is sourced from listing agents, public records, and MLS data. We do our best to maintain accuracy, but buyers should independently verify all material facts - including acreage, structure count, permitted use, and current status - directly with the listing agent or seller.
Status updates: We update listing status (Active / Pending / Sold) as quickly as we receive information. If you notice an inaccuracy, please contact us.
Submitting a listing: Property owners and listing agents can submit compound properties for inclusion consideration via our contact form. Select "Submit a Listing" as your subject.
